Special Advisor to the President, Abdul Raheem Abdulla, has expresses optimism the citizens will continue to to uphold the government they elected.
Addressing a gathering in Guraidhoo, Thaa Atoll, Abdul Raheem highlighted the enduring spirit of the people since the presidential election, emphasising their unwavering support for Dr. Muizzu and its continuous growth. He affirmed the people's commitment to advancing with the government for the nation's development. Stressing that the government transcends individual interests, he reiterated that the people brought it into existence and will sustain it.
Noting the importance of a parliamentary majority for the President to fulfill promises and pass crucial legislation, Abdul Raheem underscored the need for an effective and cooperative parliament. He praised President Dr. Muizzu's sincere intentions, predicting brighter days ahead for the country with increased peace and happiness.
Meanwhile, Minister of Defense and former Parliamentarian for Guraidhoo Constituency, Mohamed Ghassan Maumoon, highlighted the unwavering support of the people towards President Dr. Muizzu, which uplifts his integrity even in the face of scrutiny from adversaries.
