President inaugurates 'Rayyithunge Adu' portal

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has inaugurated the 'Rayyithunge Adu' portal during the 'Ahaa' forum at Sultan Park, providing citizens with a platform to directly voice their concerns and share feedback with the President. The initiative aligns with the President's commitment to listening and working closely with the people, reflecting his policy of establishing a transparent and accountable government.

In his remarks during the inauguration, President Muizzu emphasised the significance of close collaboration with the people while serving them. He reiterated his dedication to transparency and accountability, urging citizens to utilise the 'Rayyithunge Adu' portal. The President assured that the Administration would strive to achieve its objectives based on the feedback received through the portal.

This initiative is part of the President's broader strategy to actively seek public opinion and maintain a strong connection with the citizens. President Muizzu has undertaken various efforts, including visiting all atolls within the first three months of his presidency. Additionally, he engages with the public through the video series 'Raees ge Javaabu'.

As part of his commitment to regular interaction with the public, President Muizzu pledged to conduct general forums every two months, known as the 'Ahaa' series, where Ministers participate. Moreover, he plans to hold direct forums with the public every three months to answer their questions and address concerns. The 'Rayyithunge Adu' portal serves as a valuable tool for citizens to actively participate in the democratic process.
