Minister Shaheem appointed to MWL's supreme council

Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed has been appointed to the Supreme Council of the Muslim World League, also known as Rabitat al-alamil Islami, an esteemed NGO comprising leading Islamic personalities worldwide.

Ministry of Islamic Affairs revealed that Minister Shaheem has been entrusted with the Supreme Council of the Muslim World League by its General Secretary Dr. Mohamed Bin AbdulKareemul Eesa. It further proclaimed the NGO to be the largest of its kind in the Islamic world.

Furthermore, Minister Shaheem had also served as an advisor to the Islamic Organisation of Corporation (OIC), an international organisation proactively working towards to promote Islamic unity in a global platform.
