President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has held discussions with Mundoo Island Council and Women's Development Committee (WDC) at the Council's Secretariat to discuss the island’s most pertinent needs.
During the meeting, Council members expressed concerns about the water and sewerage network's status and emphasized the necessity for an improved harbour. Additionally, they highlighted the importance of promoting local tourism.
Members of the Council expressed eagerness to collaborate with the Government to advance the island's development. They discussed difficulties encountered in acquiring allowance funds.
President Muizzu updated the ministers on Mundoo's recent developmental initiatives during the meeting. He assured them he would address the issues presented, reaffirming his commitment to addressing the island's needs.
