President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has met with Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Gaston Browne, on the sidelines of the fourth International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS4).
During the meeting, President Dr. Muizzu commended the Government of Antigua and Barbuda for the excellent arrangements made for the conference and expressed his appreciation for the warm hospitality extended to the Maldivian delegation.
The leaders' discussions covered a range of issues related to the conference as well as broader concerns for Small Island Developing States (SIDS). They also discussed opportunities for cooperation to strengthen resilience and collaboration on multilateral platforms and issues of shared interest.
Antigua and Barbuda is hosting the fourth International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS4) from May 27-29, 2024.
