President Muizzu sends special letter to UAE President

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has sent a special letter to the President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The letter was delivered by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Moosa Zameer during his official visit to the UAE.

In their meeting, the two leaders discussed ways to further strengthen the long-standing close relationship between the Maldives and the UAE, as well as enhance cooperation on the international stage. Minister Zameer expressed his gratitude for the continued support of the UAE, assistance, and close ties with the Maldives.

As part of his visit to the UAE, Minister Zameer is scheduled to meet with several other government officials. He recently met with Director General of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi, where he thanked the fund for its ongoing support. The Foreign Minister's visit to Abu Dhabi aims to further bolster the strong and friendly relations between the Maldives and the UAE.

Minister Zameer was accompanied by Ambassador-at-Large Ahmed Naseer and Secretary Bilateral for Foreign Affairs Dr. Hala Hameed.
