The tragic death of a 23-year-old individual in an accident occurred at midnight on Thursday, and resulted in the death of Hassan Samah, who was struck by a speeding car, driven by Mohamed Visam Sidhugee from Hithadhoo, Seenu Atoll. The driver of the car has been arrested.
