Bank of Maldives (BML) has opened applications for its Graduate Internship Programme 2024. The application window for the programme is open via the bank’s website until September 17.
BML Graduate Internship Program is a yearlong internship programme for graduates and students from local higher education institutions. The programme allows students to gain on-the-job experience and provides a pathway to permanent employment within the bank and other financial institutions in Maldives.
As part of the programme, interns receive an allowance of MVR 6,000 per month and are also eligible for benefits including Ramadan bonus and paid leave. Interns will be rotated across several business units, departments and branches to gain experience and develop skills.
