Fenaka denies rumours of overpriced equipment purchases

The Fenaka Corporation has dismissed claims that it has acquired spare parts at inflated prices.

In a recent press release, Fenaka clarified that the procurement of spare parts is currently in the tender committee phase, in accordance with the company's established procurement policy. As a result, no purchases have been made, and no payments have been processed.

Fenaka emphasized that goods are only acquired after a comprehensive series of procedures, which empower the technical staff to assess quality, pricing, and delivery timelines based on the essential service and timing requirements for the products.

The statement also noted that since the new management took over, they have effectively addressed vulnerabilities in the previous procurement processes. This includes measures to blacklist fraudulent companies or vendors supplying substandard goods and services, following consultations with technical experts.

The statement further highlighted that service providers must register with the company through a stringent tender process and are evaluated by committees prior to contract approval. Consequently, disseminating "false" allegations against the company’s suppliers can damage relationships and erode trust. Fenaka urges the public to refrain from spreading such rumours, particularly those rooted in personal or political grievances.
