New Cabinet nominations endorsed by Parliament

Parliament Committee on Government Oversight on Tuesday endorsed the President’s cabinet nominations.

The Committee approved five nominations, and they are; Iruthisham Adam for Minister of Youth and Sports, Abdulla Nazim Ibrahim for Minister of Health, Aiminath Zenisha Shaheedh Zaki Minister Gender and Family, Dr. Mohamed Asim for Minister of Foreign Affairs and Ahmed Munawar for Minister of Finance and Treasury.

The Government Oversight Committee voted unanimously to approve the nominations at a meeting held Tuesday.
