Housing Ministry launches mobile app

Housing Ministry on Thursday launched a smartphone application aimed at providing the public easy access to information and services. The application, named “Faseyha Magu”, provides the public with more convenient access to information and services provided by the Housing Ministry and other government agencies. It features up-to-date information about road closures, and serves as a platform for the public to submit complaints and feedback on various municipal issues such as littering in public places and    

The Ministry said “this feature will allow relevant government agencies to attend to those issues in a timely manner. Maldives Police Services and Economic Ministry are among the government agencies participating in the app.”

The application also provides detailed information about the ongoing projects across the country, file applications to work as volunteers on projects conducted by Ministry.

Speaking at an event held on Thursday evening to launch the app, Housing Minister Dr Mohamed Muizzu urged the public to make the best use of the app and assist the Ministry to further improve its services.  

The application, developed by Ahmed Nadeem, is now available for download on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
