Ooredoo Maldives launches its AI based Ooredoo Next on Viber

Ooredoo Maldives had launched its artificial intelligence based digital customer engagement platform Ooredoo Next on Viber. The new service was launched by CEO of Ooredoo Najib Khan at a ceremony held at Unima Grand Hotel.
Ooredoo Maldives announced that Viber messenger has become a new social media channel for its Ooredoo Next digital engagement platform developed in partnership with FastForward.ai, which is a Silicon Valley technology company revolutionising engagement in the 4 billion customer pre-paid mobile market. Ooredoo has pioneered digital transformation and opened up innovation to all mobile users in the Maldives, with the launch of Ooredoo Next, CEO Najib Khan said while speaking at the ceremony.
Supported by FastForward NXTTM real-time API platform featuring artificial intelligence and machine learning, Ooredoo Next allows mobile users in the Maldives to easily engage with Ooredoo inside social media channels to check best offers, best data add-ons or just manage Ooredoo services using real-time automated answers.
