Housing Development Corporation (HDC0 has completed the project to develop the main road network of Hulhumale' phase two. The road network is ready for use, with only road markings and road signs left to be established, according to HDC.
The development of the main road network of Hulhumale was contracted to an Indian consortium of Mohan Mutha Exports Private Limited and Ashoka Buildcon Limited. The road network was developed at a cost of USD 40 million, revealed HDC. The project comprises the construction and development of the main road network of Hulhumale, connecting all the neighborhoods and commercial areas such as the Tourism District, Yacht Marina and Knowledge Park.
The project also includes provisions for service providers, establishing pavements, street lights, road signs, and road markings.
