Fuel Supply Maldives Private Limited, a subsidiary of State Trading Organisation (STO), has officially opened a fuel shed in Thinadhoo of Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll. FSM EasyFill Thenadhoo Site was inaugurated by Managing Director of STO Ahmed Shaheer.
Speaking to PSM News, Managing Director of FSM, Hussain Didi stated people of Thinadhoo were very much looking forward to opening a fuel shed in the island, noting the shed will provide cheaper fuel to the community. STO aims to provide quality fuel at a lower rate than the current market rate to the region, Hussain Didi said.
At the fuel shed opened in the island, three petrol dispensers and a diesel dispenser will be in service. The shed have the capacity to store 274,500 litres of patrol, according to STO.
FSM also operates petrol sheds in three areas of Male', Hulhumale', Addu City and Fuvahmulah City.
