Minister of Youth and Iruthisham Adam has met with two non-governmental organisations in its efforts to further boost the opportunities for youth. In this regard, Youth Minister Iruthisham met with Regional Alliance for Fostering Youth (RAFY) and International Youth Committee (IYC).
During the meeting, discussions focused on future collaborations. Moreover, the Youth Minister highlighted opportunities available to youth from other countries and advised to make the best use of every opportunity. Minister also described such opportunities are a support system for the youth of the country, adding RAFY and IYC have conducted tremendous work to empower youth.
Meanwhile, Founding President of RAFY Dr. Aishath Rafiyya expressed gratitude towards the government for always supporting the non-governmental organisations in Maldives. Rafiyya also invited the Minister to join the Maldivian delegation attending South Asian Youth Summit (SAYS) this year.
