President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has stated that the key ambition of this administration is to provide and fulfil the hopes and aspirations of the people. The President made the remark while speaking at the function held to mark the completion of the beach protection project in Bileffahi of Shaviyani Atoll.
Speaking in this regard, the President stated the administration puts in every effort to mirror the hopes of youth with regard to national development. The international media most often describe the Maldives as a developing country, progressing towards a healthy and stable economy, highlighted President. He underlined the various development projects being undertaken by the administration.
Concluding the speech, President Yameen reiterated the administration will take every measure to resolve the challenges being faced by the people. In addition, the President assured to help realise the dreams of the Maldivian people. President Yameen is currently on a two-day tour of Shaviyani Atoll.
