Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) has revealed the development of housing towers for its employees are fast underway.
In this regard, MPL said the first phase of the project will be completed by the end of this year and the project will be fully completed by the end of 2019. As part of the first phase of the project, iron sheeting of the 4 towers and the development of pillars are in progress, according to MPL. The development of the towers, contracted a Singaporean company, will include 1 room apartments and 3 room apartments, according to MPL.
As a part of the largest housing project ever to be conducted in Maldives, 62 housing towers will be developed to provide a solution for the housing issues faced in Maldives.
