Singha Estate launches production of “Making Mega in Paradise”

Singha Estate Public Company Limited has begun work to document the development of Emboodhoo Lagoon in Maldives.
The Thailand-based real estate investment and development company partnered with History Asia Channel of A+E Networks Asia to produce a documentary on the development of Emboodhoo Lagoon.
Singha Estate revealed the six-part production of "Making Mega in Paradise" will reveal the background behind the creation of the giant global project and the challenges of constructing nine islands in a total distance of over 7 kilometres in the Indian Ocean. The documentary will show the logistical and intellectual challenges faced in the development of the first ever integrated resort in Maldives, according to Singha Estate.
Singha Estate stated "Making Mega in Paradise" is made by a multidisciplinary team comprising of experts from various lines of construction, working on developing the USD 680 million leisure destination. Furthermore, Singha Estate revealed priority while developing the documentary will be given on showcasing the natural beauty and serenity of Emboodhoo Lagoon.
Noting that importance during the project is fully given on minimising the impact on natural habitats, Singha Estate said that "Making Mega in Paradise" would demonstrate how deeply the project experts were taking the protection of the delicate marine ecosystem into consideration, in each and every decision. The six-episode documentary serial of thirty-minute episodes is scheduled to be aired within the first quarter of next year.
Developed and managed by Singha Estate, the Emboodhoo lagoon project or the crossroads project is a multi-island integrated leisure and recreation destination resort concept. The development of the crossroads project is set to redefine the Maldives vacation experience as the country's first integrated leisure and recreation destination that will attract and captivate the international family-leisure markets.
