Greater Male' Industrial Zone Limited has put up land plots from Thilafushi Industrial Zone for bid.
In a notice released, Greater Male' Industrial Zone Limited revealed individual bidders can apply for plots from the industrial zone for warehousing and industrial purposes. According to the company, USD 12.9 will be charged as a non-refundable registry fee for each land plot and bidders must settle USD 325 as bid security for each plot. Moreover the company revealed that the deadline to make the security payment is August 13, with bidding to be held on August 16
Greater Male' Industrial Zone Limited is responsible for developing land reclaimed in Thilafushi and Gulhifalhu for industrial purposes and the maintenance and management of industrial work carried in the area, in line with set regulations, for maximum economic output.
