CSC discusses appointing a director of transition

Civil Service Commission (CSC) has held discussions on easing the transition period to ensure a successful transition of powers.

During a meeting held with the permanent secretaries of the commission, CSC offered support during the transition period and congratulated President-Elect Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and Vice President-Elect Faisal Naseem.

Speaking at the meeting, President of the CSC Dr. Ali Shameem highlighted on the transition procedure and the relevant laws. Furthermore, Dr. Ali Shameem thanked the outgoing administration and outgoing President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom for the support provided to the commission during the tenure.
