Vice President-Elect of Maldives Faisal Naseem has expressed the importance of appreciating the staff to ensure better services from the institution. Addressing the ceremony held to confer the HR Awards, Vice President-Elect Faisal Naseem lauded the efforts of HR Maldives in organising such a function.
The Maldives HR Awards was introduced to support the professional and advancing the HR professions in Maldives by recognising the pioneering and innovative people management practices that impact not just organisations but also business, society and the profession.
During the ceremony, HR Training Provider of the Year was conferred to Villa College while Excellence in Social Media - People Practices was received by Jumeira Vittaveli and ADK Hospital. Moreover, the Award for Excellence in Developing Leaders of Tomorrow was conferred to Constance Resort and Hotels, Excellence in Learning & Development Award was conferred to Adaaran and Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL).
Furthermore, during the ceremony, HR Maldives launched the HR Software.
