Certificates of Achievement have been awarded to graduates of Certificate 3 in Basic Training in Diplomatic Practice, at an event held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the ceremony, three participants achieved certificates.
Speaking at the event, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives Dr. Mohamed Asim congratulated the graduates and FOSIM for designing and coordinating the course. He further highlighted the importance of FOSIM, for the professional development of the Foreign Service.
Certificate 3 in Basic Training in Diplomatic Practise is the first MQA accredited course conducted by FOSIM for staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
FOSIM was established on January 16, 2014, by President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom, as part of the administrative structure of foreign ministry, with the aim of promoting professionalism in the foreign service.
