Minister of National Planning and Infrastructure Mohamed Aslam has expressed confidence that better days are ahead for the sector even though there are several challenges to execute the responsibilities.
In a tweet, Planning Minister Aslam said he is aware of his responsibilities and expressed confidence he can do the job. Minister Aslam actively worked in the transition committee which reviewed the works of the former Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure.
Aslam served as the Minister of Transport, Housing and Environment during former President Mohamed Nasheed's tenure.
