The Maldivian partner of the K-Park Residence development project, Hanbo Maldives has revealed the project will be concluded by April 2019.
The project to develop a 13-storey luxury apartment complex in Hulhumale' is handled by high-class international partners including Korean Developer Hanbo Company and Hong Kong Contractor Shijia Group in association with Hanbo Maldives. The apartment complex comprises of 110 spacious luxury apartments which according to Hanbo Maldives is a revolutionary, Korean-style mixed-use residential complex.
Speaking to PSM News, Marketing Officer of Hanbo Maldives Saya Azar revealed the construction of 11 floors have been concluded. Interior development for the apartment are continued separately upon the completion of the concrete work of each floor, according to Saya Azar.
The ground floor of K-Park Residence is specialised for play areas for children, gymnasium, day care centre and a vehicle parking area. While the first floor is allocated for business ventures such as shops, café and restaurants, apartments will be located from the 2nd to 12th floor.
One major feature of the residence is the energy for water and electricity will be provided using solar panels for the whole residence unlike other real-estate buildings. The K-Park Residence complex comprises of 2 and 3-bedroom luxury apartments of 1,200 and 1,500 square metres.
The project was awarded in November 2016.
