Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) has opened opportunity to its members to contest in the party primary ahead of the parliamentary elections scheduled to be held next March.
In an announcement, MDP said interested candidates can submit applications and other necessary paperwork before December 19.
The main ruling party, MDP, has announced it will contest for all 87 constituencies with primaries to be held to select a candidates in the constituencies with more than one candidate.
