Ministry of Foreign Affairs has completed the goals included in the 100-day pledge policy of President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih.
The two pledges assigned under 100-day pledges initiative are to propose to re-join The Commonwealth and to seek to expedite cases in United Nations working groups and human rights mechanisms, according to Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulla Shahid. In a tweet, the foreign minister proudly announced the two pledges have been fulfilled, following the proposal to re-join The Commonwealth on December 7 and reassuring to expedite cases in working groups and human rights mechanisms.
While the foreign ministry has achieved the pledges included in the 100 days initiative, it is also working towards securing funds for various development projects.
