President inaugurates the largest school in Maldives

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has inaugurated the largest school in Maldives, Huravee School.

At a ceremony held at Huravee School, President Solih raised the curtain of the school's name board and officially inaugurated the school. The ceremony was also attended by Vice President Faisal Naseem, Minister of Education Dr. Aishath Ali and other government officials.

Huravee School developed in Hulhumale' comprises of 50 classrooms. While the school has been inaugurates for the academic new year 2019, 700 students will study in the school. The school is designed with the latest facilities while the school teaches from Kindergarten to Grade 9. Meanwhile, Grade 10 will be introduced in the school next year and A’ Level education will be introduced next month, according to the Ministry of Education.

Moreover, the seventh floor of the school is specialised for students with disabilities. The floor is equipped with easy accessibility and relevant facilities.
