Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Maldives Polytechnic Ahmed Nasir has revealed the aim of the institution is to have a foothold with the regional institutions in building technically skilled personnel.
Speaking at the orientation programme of the courses which began for the year in Maldives Polytechnic, CEO Ahmed Nasir expressed attaining education is not an easy task. Talking about the future of the Maldives Polytechnic, Ahmed Nasir stated several efforts will be exerted to improve the facility and to improve the standard of the graduates from the institution.
Meanwhile, Minister of Higher Education Dr. Ibrahim Hassan called to start the new year with new hopes and goals with the same determination in mind. The minister further said the most important skill required in the job market is one’s discipline. Noting the institution has seen improvement, the higher education minister expressed the institution just like any other facility must adapt to the latest technologies.
