Minister of Economic Development Fayyaz Ismail has met ambassadors of Maldives assigned to three countries and holds discussions on economic ventures.
In this regard, the economic minister met Maldivian Ambassador to the US Thilmeeza Hussain, Maldivian Ambassador to Bangladesh Aishath Shan Shakir and Maldivian Ambassador to India Aishath Mohamed Didi.
The meetings were held separately at Ministry of Economic Development. Discussions were widely focused on enhancing trade relations with the countries, according to the ministry.
India, Bangladesh and the US are considered as three important countries for the Maldivian economy.
