Ministry of Education has successfully concluded the School Heads' Conference 2019. The theme for the School Heads' Conference 2019 is School Leadership: Inspiring Transformational Changes.
The aim of the symposium is to provide a common platform for heads of schools to discuss and further improve the education sector. During the conference, discussions were held on challenges faced by the school management.
One of the most important points highlighted by the principals were generalising the salary structure and facilities for all schools. While a keynote was delivered by a Malaysian professor on the first day of the conference, a keynote was delivered by a local expert on the last day. The keynotes highlighted utilising latest technologies and formulating policies as well as implementing the policies.
The two-day conference was attended by 250 heads of schools from 213 schools.
