Committee on National Security has endorsed two appointees of President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih as ambassadors.
The National Security Committee endorsed Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Mohamed Khaleel and Ambassador to Thailand Mohamed Jinah. The committee meeting was closed off for the media.
The committee has previously endorsed eight appointees as ambassadors.
