Hirilandhoo Council expresses need for ATM machine in the island

Hirilandhoo Island Council has expressed the need of an ATM machine in the island. The request was made during a meeting held at President's Office between Vice President Faisal Naseem and members of Hirilandhoo Island Council.

The council members briefed the vice president on some of the pressing issues facing the island, in Thaa Atoll, and about the ongoing development projects, including the need to speed up the land reclamation project. The council expressed the need for a BML ATM machine to be installed in the island and to solve the challenges faced to the health sector in the island.

The vice president noted their concerns and indicated the administration is committed to working together with the relevant ministries in finding a solution and addressing the problems laid out by the council. He further shed light on the role that could be played in shaping the society of the island and instructed the council members to work closely with the people.

Moreover, Vice President Naseem reaffirmed the commitment given by the administration in working for the benefit of the people.
