Vice President Faisal Naseem has advised the officials to ensure the expedited smooth delivery of projects without compromising the quality of its components.
During a meeting held at the President’s Office with senior officials from Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC), the vice president shared the vision of the government on developmental efforts to alleviate the quality of services provided to the public and inquired on the progress of developmental projects undertaken by MTCC.
Meanwhile, officials from MTCC shared timelines of the projects and information about the developmental efforts undertaken by the company. They also assured the vice president the company will ensure swift completion of projects and place monitoring mechanisms to ensure the quality of projects and services provided to the public.
Vice President Naseem noted that companies and institutions must consider ways to give back to the society, whether through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes or other similar practises.
