Fenaka Corporation Limited contracts 2L Construction Private Limited to construct a new powerhouse in Kendhikulhudhoo, Noonu Atoll.
At a function, the agreement was signed by Managing Director of Fenaka Ahmed Saeed Mohamed and Operations Director of 2L Construction Hussain Ibrahim.
Under the agreement, the construction of the powerhouse must be completed within 10 months at a cost of USD 480,000. As part of the efforts to transfer powerhouses near households to a more rural area, Fenaka has launched projects in 24 islands.
In addition, Fenaka has provided 67 power generators to ensure uninterrupted power supply in the islands.
