Manta Air resumes flights to Kudahuvadhoo

Local airline Manta Air has resumed scheduled flights to Kudahuvadhoo, Dhaalu Atoll.

Manta Air announced scheduled flights between Velana International Airport (VIA) and Dhaalu Airport will begin from this week. The airline said 4 flights will be operated to Dhaalu Airport every week, noting the frequency of flights may be increased based on demand.

Manta Air suspended its domestic flight operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to the pandemic, the airline had been operating flights to Kooddoo, Gaafu Alifu Atoll and Dharavandhoo, Baa Atoll in addition to Kudahuvadhoo. The airline also conducts seaplane operations to multiple destinations.
