India has decided to grant another 39 scholarships to the Maldives this year, under the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
Every year, India allocates 39 scholarships for the Maldives under ICCR. Similar to other years, India has opened scholarship opportunities for 39 Maldivians under ICCR, fully funded. Courses can be picked across undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD studies.
ICCR stated students can enroll in courses related to sectors such as tourism, science and engineering. The council said students who are awarded scholarships will be undertaking their studies in universities across Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
Application for the scholarships have been opened until April 30. Individuals between the age of 18 and 45 can apply for the scholarships.
