Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has revealed discussions are underway to allow essential workers that wish to decline their apartments under the Hiya project to apply for the Vinares residential complex.
Speaking to PSM News, Managing Director Suhail Ahmed said that the applicants will also be able to send their payments straight to HDC, which would reduce the interest rate.
