Male' City Council has allocated a special parking zone in the west side of Male' City for residents of Villimale'.
The city council developed a special parking zone for Villimale' residents near the Male'-Villimale ferry terminal. The parking zone can accommodate 20 four-wheel vehicles, stated the council.
Male' City Council said registration for the parking spaces is now open for Villimale' residents. Registration is open for individuals who drive cars, trucks, and vans which are lighter than 350 kilograms, according to Male' City Council.
Individuals who live in Villimale' are forced to park their vehicles in Male' as the ward is not open for driving. Residents of Villimale' usually park their vehicles near the ferry terminal in Male'.
