Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is building a wheelchair ramp at the beach in Hulhumale’ Phase II. HDC stated that wheelchair ramps are being built in various parts of Hulhumale’ to make traveling easier for people with disabilities.
The wheelchair ramp will make access to various parts of the beach easier for people with disabilities. The ramp will be completely built by the end of the month. HDC stated that the work is 80% completed and that the ramp will ease the convenience for people with disabilities living in the Hiyaa beach area.
HDC is implementing changes for ease of public convenience in Hulhumale’ for the increasing residential population and visitors.
