School leader training programme kicks off in Fuvahmulah

Education Ministry on Wednesday kicked off a training programme titled “Workshop on Personal Effectiveness as School Leaders”.

The workshop, targeting schools in Gaaf Alif and Gaaf Dhaal Atolls, in addition to Fuvahmulah and Addu City, is held in Fuvahmulah.

30 representatives from schools from the region are attending the programme, carried out in collaboration with the Unitar International University of Malaysia.

According to the Education Ministry, the 3-day conference would focus on management leadership techniques and education.

It also revealed plans to hold similar programmes in three other regions.
