Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure has decided to lease land from Addu City for business purposes.
Application forms will be issued from July 29 for people living in Addu City who are interested in doing business, Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Dr. Mohamed Muizzu stated at a press conference. In this regard, Minister Muizzu revealed 64 land plots are to be leased, from which 25 land plots are from the newly reclaimed area in Feydhoo.
Moreover, the housing minister noted President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom decided to lease land from Addu to enable interested people to begin businesses and to develop the local economy of the city.
