In a statement issued raising concerns over the issue, Jamiyyath Salaf stated some individuals invite foreign parties to intervene in the internal matters of the country over political differences, without realising the harm that will cause the nation.
Indirectly supporting foreign intervention may lead to permanently losing the independence of the country, the statement noted. Moreover, in the statement, Jamiyyath Salaf called to put forth national interest and values before any hasty actions, advising to refrain from supporting foreign parties in matters of national interest.
