Special Envoy of the Chinese Government, Head of the International Development Cooperation Agency of China Wang Xiaotao has assured that China will always maintain a strong relationship with Maldives, even if the situation changes.
Sina-Male’ Bridge was made a reality due to the strong grounds maintained by the presidents of both countries, Special Envoy of the Chinese Government, Wang Xiaotao stated addressing the ceremony held to officially inaugurate Sina-Male’ Bridge. He added the infrastructure proves the strong bond between both countries.
Moreover, Xiaotao affirmed China will always exert efforts to enhance the relations with Maldives. Xiaotao added Sina-Male’ Bridge will further enhance the strong bonds between the two countries.
The Sina-Male' Bridge was constructed from a grant aid and a loan provided by the government of China. The bridge was constructed by CCCC Second Harbour Engineering Company.
