President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has attended the State Luncheon hosted in his honour by President of Sri Lanka Maithripala Sirisena.
As part of the state visit by President Solih to Sri Lanka, the president accompanied by First Lady Fazna Ahmed and the Maldivian delegation received a grand welcome from the Sri Lankan government.
Discussions in the bilateral meeting between the two presidents paved the way forward for greater cooperation in areas of shared interest, according to the President’s Office of Maldives.
