Pesterminators Private Limited has successfully concluded the first Annual Pest Management Conference held in Maldives. The one-day conference was inaugurated by Minister of Fisheries, Marine Resources and Agriculture Zaha Waheed.
Addressing the conference, Fisheries Minister Zaha said it is crucial to ensure chemicals are used in minimum amounts and when necessary, adding the minimised used of chemicals will guarantee the quality of the products.
The aim of the conference is to inform the public on best practices of pest control by utilising environment friendly products. The conference, lectured by 5 experts from the field, was attended by over 140 participants from 77 resorts, government offices and private entities.
