State Trading Organisation (STO) has set Ramadan-rates for the sale of onion and eggs.
Under the promotion, a kilogram of onion is being retailed for USD 0.45, while a kilogram of potato is being retailed for USD 0.55 and an egg costs USD 0.097. Eggs, potatoes and onion would be retailed at these rates from STO outlets across the country.
As for wholesale, a sack of onion would be sold for USD 9.09, a sack of potatoes for USD 11.68 and a case of eggs for USD 17.52 from all STO wholesale centres.
If the purchase exceeds 25 cases, a sack of onion would be sold for USD 8.44 US dollars; a sack of potatoes for USD 11.03 and a case of eggs for USD 39.07 from all STO wholesale centres.
