State Trading Organisation (STO) has increased the prices of fuel.
Due to an increase in oil prices in the international market, it has been decided to increase the price of diesel and petrol, according to STO. Following the changes, a diesel litre will be sold for USD 0.79 and a petrol litre will be sold for USD 0.75.
While STO revealed the changes are due to global price changes, it has been reported the prices of petroleum increased about 30% in the international market.
The latest changes to the fuel prices were brought on March 15.
