Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA) has revealed 182 businesses operated outside of Male' region did not pay tax in the last quarter of 2018.
Businesses operated outside of Male' region failed to pay Goods and Services Tax (GST) in the last quarter, according to MIRA. The businesses include 26 tourism businesses and 156 retail businesses.
After publishing the list, MIRA revealed once the payments are cleared the names will be removed from the list.
