Expatriate Clinic converted to a regular Flu Clinic

The expatriate flu clinic established in Hulhumale’ has been converted to a regular flu clinic.

The expatriate clinic, which was established near the Autism Centre in Hulhumale’, was originally dedicated for expatriates showing flu symptoms amid the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the clinic has now been converted to a regular flu clinic and will serve both locals and expatriates.

The flu clinic is operated by Hulhumale’ Hospital. Services of the clinic are provided by doctors and nurses working at Hulhumale’ Hospital and are free of charge. The clinic serves the purpose of reducing visits to the hospital amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The clinic provides OPD services every Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday. However, Hulhumale’ Hospital noted mobile services are provided to pregnant women at all times.

In addition to the expatriate clinic, the travel clinic established in Male’ City has also been turned to a regular flu clinic.
