Ooredoo Maldives has announced a first of its kind service in the country, which enables digital orders and payments for Maldive Gas through its m-Faisaa services. The service was launched at a special ceremony by Managing Director of Maldive Gas Abdulla Maumoon and Chief Executive Officer of Ooredoo Maldives Najib Khan.
During the ceremony, CEO of Ooredoo Maldives Najib Khan said Ooredoo has continued to invest in new technologies and services that enrich the lives of customers through added conveniences and connecting them to new opportunities over the past thirteen years. The new partnership with Maldives Gas will simplify the process to order and pay for gas, Najib Khan added.
Moreover, Managing Director of Maldive Gas Abdulla Maumoon expressed along with new technology, service providers must introduce new innovations to meet up with the growing demand.
Maldive Gas customers can now request services and process cashless payments via m-Faisaa mobile application, according to Ooredoo. Ooredoo m-Faisaa is a digital payments solution that allows cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers and merchant payments. It currently enables the most number of utility payments on the same platform in the Maldives, including Ooredoo, STELCO, Medianet, Maldives National University and now Maldive Gas.
